Free delivery on 8+ crabs or $800+ (time slot and upstairs count towards the $800). A chosen time slot (+$50) and upstairs delivery (+$30) are charged on top.

We hand your crabs over in person, so someone needs to meet our driver to collect them 🦀

Usually that's downstairs, on the ground floor or the nearest point our vehicle can park. Tick “Deliver upstairs” when you order (+$30, charged even with free delivery) and our driver will bring them up and hand them to you at your door.

We'll call your main number when we arrive, then your backup if we can't get through.

Weights are approximate, as every crab is different. 1 tael ≈ 37.8g.

All our hairy crabs come from Jiangsu, the home of China's hairy crab. We source them fresh for every order.

Yes! Every order comes with vinegar, shiso leaves and brown sugar, so you've got everything for a proper crab feast.

You also get a pair of crab scissors for every 5 crabs (1 pair for up to 5 crabs, 2 pairs for up to 10, and so on). Want more? Add an Extra Tool Set (scissors, spoon and crab pick) for $10 under “Add extras” when you order.

It doesn't happen often, but we're sorry if it does! Send us a short video of the crab on WhatsApp as soon as you notice. Hairy crabs can be very still when they're cold, so we'll take a quick look, and if it really has passed on we'll refund you for that crab.
