送貨範圍 · Where we deliver

我哋由自己嘅司機送貨，全港送到。

We deliver across Hong Kong with our own driver.

送貨日期 · Delivery dates

落單時揀送貨日期。午夜 12 時前落單，最快翌日送到。如需即日送貨，請 WhatsApp 我哋查詢。如需改期，請於原定送貨日前一晚 11:59pm 前 WhatsApp 我哋。

Choose your delivery date when you order. Orders placed before midnight can be delivered the next day. For same-day delivery, WhatsApp us to check availability. To change your date, WhatsApp us by 11:59pm the night before your original delivery date.

送貨時間 · Delivery times

一般送貨時間為上午 11 時至晚上 7 時。如需指定時段（11am–1pm、1–3pm、3–5pm、5–7pm），另加 $50。

Standard delivery is between 11am and 7pm. If you need a specific window (11am–1pm, 1–3pm, 3–5pm or 5–7pm), choose a time slot for $50.

運費 · Delivery fees

 
• 全港劃一運費 $80 · $80 anywhere in Hong Kong
 
• 8 隻或 $800 以上免費送貨 · Free delivery on 8+ crabs or $800+
 
• 指定時段 +$50，送貨上樓 +$30（免運費訂單亦會收取） · Time slot +$50 and upstairs delivery +$30 (charged even with free delivery)

親手交收 · Meeting our driver

大閘蟹係生猛活蟹，所以我哋會親手交俾你。一般喺樓下（或車輛可停泊位置）同你見面交收；落單時剔選「送貨上樓」（+$30），司機會送到你門口親手交俾你。

Your crabs are live, so we hand them over in person. Usually we'll meet you downstairs, on the ground floor or the nearest point our vehicle can park. Tick "Deliver upstairs" (+$30) when you order and our driver will bring them up and hand them to you at your door.

司機到達時會先打你嘅主要電話，聯絡唔到再打後備電話，所以請保持電話暢通，並預留時間同司機見面。如聯絡唔到你會點處理，請參閱退款政策。

When our driver arrives, we'll call your main number first, then your backup, so please keep your phone close and be ready to meet them. See our refund policy for what happens if we can't reach you.

收貨後 · When your crabs arrive

如收到後唔係即刻食用，請放入雪櫃保存，並盡快烹煮。

If you're not cooking them straight away, keep your crabs in the fridge and cook them as soon as you can.
